Timeline
Location
We welcome you to our wedding at Mudbrick, Waiheke Island. The wedding ceremony will be held at The Lodge at Mudbrick and reception will be held at Mudbrick Restaurant which is a 2 minute walk down from the ceremony venue.
Arrival
The wedding ceremony will begin at 4.30pm and guests arriving on chartered buses will arrive at the venue around 4.15pm. If you are arriving in your own transport, please arrive after 4pm as the wedding party will still be getting ready before then.
Transport
Thank you for making the journey to Waiheke to celebrate with us! To help make your trip easier, we’ve arranged a chartered bus to take you from the Waiheke Ferry Terminal to our wedding venue - and back to the ferry terminal after the wedding.
Getting to the venue:
Please take the 3pm Fullers ferry from Auckland to Waiheke at the latest. This will ensure you arrive in time for the chartered bus, which departs the Waiheke ferry terminal at 4pm. Look out for the bus with a sign that says “Lisa & Hayden wedding”.
Heading back to the ferry terminal:
The evening will wrap up at 10:15pm and our MC will help guide everyone to the return bus. The bus will depart at 10:30pm, and take you to the ferry terminal for the 11pm ferry back to Auckland.
Alternative transport:
We’d love for you to stay and celebrate with us till the end of night, but we understand that some guests may need to leave earlier. Please see our FAQ below for alternate transport options.
